Our work is for the long haul and we work one on one, one by one, then in partnership. BE has a strong program, with high social impact and is using a variety of art forms to work in community. We have more than fifteen contracting professional artists working with us. The clear participant focus takes arts interventions beyond a compassionate reaction of merely allowing people to tell their story. Using an asset based model for change, we assist all project stakeholders to develop new skills to provide culturally relevant responses to enhancing individual and community strengths.
